I have to go to the gym today, I didn’t work out yesterday. I was too lazy to go out. This time I have to! I ate a lot yesterday and spent the whole day hibernating! It was raining and I can’t help it but sleep, be lazy the whole day!

 

Today will be better, I’ll be productive =) ... A cup of tea, a great breakfast – means to say a cup of rice, sunny side up egg, tuna flakes in oil, and a glass of fresh low fat milk!

 

I should be at the gym before 7 in the morning, I’ll call HSBC to activate my new card, be back home around 11 for lunch, and sleep! lol I need to sleep! just so you know, I have work tonight it’s not good to work without sleeping you wont be able to focus and most of the time you’ll be dreaming about your bed calling your name.

 

To everyone who cares to read, thank you so much, you guys are wonderful! I wish you well today, great day, perfect day, just be happy baby! muah!

mahal sa fitness first, and you'll get the same result. nasa disiplina and tyaga kasi yan weh. ako am doin this para maging healthy =)

yup... pero hirap ako magdiet ngayon... i have this dream of tasting the best foods kasi that i can see... lol... so i usually visit restos around the area... hahaha... asar no.

lagyan mo kasi ng chocolate (konti lang). Para sa akin the best swiss miss like one tablespoon ihalo mo. or fruits. bananas or strawberries.
